Electrical and Instrumentation Engineering Department specializes in electric and automatic control technical work in engineering consulting, engineering design or EPC projects. Because chemical facilities have unique requirements about electrical instrument model selection, installation layout and wiring requirements based on their explosive characteristic, our department provides high level explosion proof recommendation to clients through a combination of detailed knowledge and field experience. Our team also provide appropriate automatic control proposal for various clients, based on our decades of instrument engineering experiences to help improve the safety and production efficiency of chemical facilities.
1.Instrument design of engineering project, do a good job in project technical exchange and other guidance work.
2.Design of signal, alarm and interlock protection system of engineering project.
3.Design of protection, anti-interference and safety facilities for testing instruments and electrical equipment, panels and boxes, and grounding system of automatic control system.
4.Design of control room, etc. and provide design conditions to each specialty.
5.Cooperate with other disciplines of the team to carry out design work, and coordinate with the owner on instrument related issues.
6.Cooperate with Party A to do pre-consultation, mid-term design, post-submission and acceptance.
7.Participate in the evaluation meetings organized by the construction unit or competent department.
8.Cooperate with Marketing Department in business and technical work.
9.Complete other tasks assigned by leaders.
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Automation or Instrument.
2. 3-5 years working experience in chemical process design or working experience in design institute is preferred.
3. Rich PLC related engineering experience, familiar with PLC programming, DCS, touch screen, human-machine interface, etc.
4. Familiar with relevant design specifications, able to work independently, with strong professional skills.
5. Good writing skills and strong understanding and communication skills.
6. Ability of continuous learning.
7. The ability to work in depth.
1. Divide the explosive hazard area and determine the explosion-proof level of explosion-proof equipment in the explosive hazard area.
2. Design power supply and distribution system for power consumption equipment in the factory and its supporting substation and distribution room.
3. Design lighting distribution system for plant area, buildings and structures (including indoor, outdoor and plant roads and special lighting).
4. Design electrical protection grounding, lightning protection grounding, anti-static grounding and grounding device.
5. Cooperate with other disciplines of the team to carry out design work, and coordinate with the owner on electrical related issues.
6. Cooperate with Party A to do pre-consultation, mid-term design, post-submission and acceptance.
7. Participate in the evaluation meetings organized by the construction unit or competent department.
8. Cooperate with Marketing Department in business and technical work.
