Advanced Research Laboratory: The most advanced research and testing laboratory for pressure swing adsorption systems in the United States conducts fundamental, pilot, and semi-industrial research.
Robust Data Models: Grounded in robust data models, we study the kinetics and thermodynamic properties of volatile organic compounds (VOCs). Based on actual waste gas data and conditions provided by clients, we perform adsorption isotherm experiments and measure mass transfer coefficients for VOCs.
Compliance with Emission Standards: The treated waste gas is emitted at low concentrations, meeting national organic waste gas emission standards, such as the "Emission Standard for Pollutants from the Synthetic Resin Industry" (GB31572-2015), with ECH < 15 mg/m³, chlorobenzene < 50 mg/m³, toluene < 8 mg/m³, and methanol < 50 mg/m³.
Economic Benefits of VOC Recovery: We fully recover desorbed VOCs for use as raw materials or by-products in the main production process, yielding substantial economic benefits.
Energy Efficiency: The entire system operates with low energy consumption, utilizing only one-third to two-thirds of the energy required for temperature swing adsorption.
Automated Control and Safety Features: It features PLC fully automated control and remote monitoring, requiring no on-site personnel. The system includes safety parameters for temperature and pressure, triggering alarms and entering emergency safety mode when thresholds are exceeded.
Long-lasting and Cost-effective: With low operating costs, the adsorbent lifespan exceeds seven years.
