From November 13 to 14, 2025, Wuxi Lahigh Engineering Design Co., Ltd. was invited to the "2025 (14th) Epoxy Resin High-End Application Technology Exchange Conference & 2025 Phenolic Resin High-End Application and Technology Innovation Forum." Lahigh showcased its advanced process design packages (PDPs) and engineering project cases. The conference attracted nearly 1000 experts and representatives from producers, research institutions, traders, and supporting corporations in the epoxy and phenolic resin industry chains from China and overseas.

During the conference, the epoxy resin industry held a brainstorming session that rightly demonstrated China's epoxy resin superiorities. Hosted by Secretary-General Xie Hongliang of the Professional Committee, the session featured discussions among three epoxy resin producers: Sinochem International, Nanya, and Shandong Tervan, and two downstream application companies: Shengyi Technology and Suzhou Jufeng. Together, they explored the topics of changes, differences, and future prospects of the industry.

In the brainstorming session, industry associations, epoxy resin producers and downstream application companies reached the following consensus:

1.China's epoxy resin production technology has now achieved global leadership. The key product indicators comprehensively surpass traditional process packages from Europe and U.S.

2.China has become the largest producer and consumer of epoxy resin. Epoxy resin produced in China has competitive advantages in both price and quality. In recent years, more and more companies in Europe, U.S. and Japan closed their epoxy resin plants, while China's epoxy resin export volume broke record highs consistently.

3.Regarding the two major high-end application fields of epoxy resin, copper-clad laminate and electronics, epoxy resin produced in China can fully meet their requirements for applications.
